Nice but something don't work in 19th level

Let us take the markings of columns and rows as in chess. There are two rows of tiles (1, 2) - counted from bottom to top, and two columns (A, B) - counted from left to right.
Rotate the tile A2 twice. Move it to the right. You now have one tile. Rotate tile A1 and move it to the top. Rotate the newly created tile A2 once and move it to the right. Rotate tile B2 twice and move it to the left.
Now all that's left is to move the A2 tile to A1 and the A1 tile to A2, but you should be able to deal with that by yourself. :)

Not sure what you mean exactly, you can wall jump and climb/hang on edges of platforms.
